Inspired by another student request, this class will focus on what all disorders from Diabetes type I & II, hypo to hyper thyroidism, pancreatitus or inflammation and healthy guts have in common and that is their relationship with the endocrine system. Some call them Chakras. Whatever you call it, we'll focus on what you CAN do in everyday life to help everything function smoother = help you reduce risks to your moods and body.  

Of the multiple approaches addressed by health care professionals, what we're goin to focus on include the:

a.) NEED for physical activity
b.) Reason why managing stress is crucial and
C.) the biggest catalyst in all of those things....Self Awareness which translate into better habits. All of those things can work synergistically with your other therapy modalities including medication.
