Core Power Happy Hour: Challenge HIIT Yoga modified for you

Core Power Happy hour will be your place to practice both physical AND mental endurance. One facet of "athletic fitness" can be measured by one's ability to "recover" a working heart rate back to baseline relatively quickly; Hence, interval training. Similarly, we will use the tenets of positive psychology and mindfulness to improve our emotional endurance & the ability to go from simulated 'stress' to breath control and ultimately harmonious homeostasis of the mind, body and soul.

There are many styles of yoga, and we'll combine a fusion of Vinyasa and Hatha flows as a high intensity circuit requiring nothing more than your body...Though you'll probably want to bring a mat and maybe a towel. Blocks and belts optional. Cleaning Spray will be available to clean your #SwoleSoul sweat off after. Please feed yourself at an appropriate time before class (approx 1-2 hours before) and hydrate before, during and after. Any "passer-outers will be grounded and not in the yogic way) :P
