BRAIN YOGA: Practicing Self Awareness for Mental Health Month

IN SUPPORT OF MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH, LET’S ENCOURAGE SELF AWARENESS THROUGH THE PRACTICE OF YOGA. 

STUDENTS GET DISCOUNT W/ ID TO ENCOURAGE SELF CARE DURING FINALS HELL WEEK/S. 🤓👌

Join us most Tuesday nights to unwind and bind! Don’t stress racing from work, school or dinner. Happy CorePower Hour begins a few minutes after 6. Arriving a tad early gives you some time to grab a drink, take selfies, set up your mat (BYOM) or socialize. The session runs about an hour and ends by 7:15ish, but feel free to say, “Namaste to grab another drink”, after too.  

$7 Drop-in ($5 with student ID) in May includes:
*1 hour of strengthening/restorative group yoga with chill music
*awesome men & women of various levels of experience, ability, body type, etc. This your first time? This is the perfect group to break in with.  
*25% off all delicious fermented beverages like beer & wine for (21+)
*FREE fresh brewed gourmet tea of choice (decaf avail)
*lots and lots of good vibrations 😉
